* Those who seek prosperity should sit facing east and those who seek prosperity should eat facing south.
* If you sit with your shoulders facing north, the electrical energy flows through the nerves more intensively. Therefore, do not sit facing north and do not eat.
* Since the ancestor deities are in the south direction, sitting facing the south direction will bring success.
* Meals should be done during the eighth part of the day ie between 9 am to 12 pm.
* If eaten before 9 o'clock in the morning, minerals will not be fully formed. If you eat after 12 hours, the strength will decrease. Therefore, it should be eaten between 9 am and 12 pm.
* Dinner should be finished before 8 o'clock. It is also easy to digest. During the night, the rate of metabolism in our body decreases. Therefore, the food eaten does not turn into energy but turns into fat. Patients especially
Asthma patients should eat food at 7 o'clock.
* I am informing you what ethics says about time management in the matter of meals. "If it is time for a hundred people to sit and cook for you, you should leave them and eat.
